General Rules
1. Hand Crafted work only. No flea market or commercially made work. All exhibitors must submit two representative photos of work to be exhibited.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for setting for setting up their own display and collecting 7% sales tax.
3. NO tables are provided. Two chairs are provided for each 10’W x 8’D or 14’W x 6’D space.
4. No items should display abusive substances, sex, or obscenities.
5. Exhibitors may unload vehicles at designated locations and times. Please remove your vehicle from the entrance so other exhibitors can unload and park in designated parking areas. Vehicles may be unloaded Friday from 6-8pm or Saturday from 7-9am.
6. Exhibitors may not sell or assign their booth to another person.
7. Breakdown begins Sunday at 5:00pm. Do not bring vehicles to entrance until booth is completely broken down.
8. Exhibitors who leave early will not be invited back next year.
9. The Lithia Springs Campus is a NO Smoking facility. This includes all exterior areas.
10. The building will be locked and security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights.
11. Exhibitors who bring children MUST supervise them at all times.

The undersigned does hereby discharge, release, and hold harmless Lithia Springs High School, Christmas in Lithia, the LSHS PTSA, and any person or organization affiliated with the show for loss, theft, damage, destruction or non-delivery of goods, display material or any other effects; nor for injury to himself/ herself, or employees in the show area. The undersigned artisan hereby certifies that all displayed work is original and created by the seller. Participant understands that any commercially produced item on display can cause possible expulsion from the show. There will be no refunds for cancellation. I give permission for my art and booth to be used as advertisement for the show. Any work or exhibitor that is deemed offensive will be disqualified.
